When will I receive my donations?

The amount collected will be transferred to the person in charge of the campaign 30 days after the campaign has ended.

How do I end my campaign?

In your Dashboard:

1 - Click on 'Campaigns.'

2 - In the 'Actions' column, click "Edit."

3 - At the bottom of the page, check the "Finish campaign" field and click on 'Edit Campaign'.

How do I set up my withdrawal account?

In your Dashboard:

1 - Go to your dashboard.

2 - Click on 'Configure' and enter your PayPal e-mail account information.

How do I make a withdrawal?

If the campaign has ended:

In your Dashboard:

1 - Click on 'Campaigns.'

2 - In the 'Actions' column, click on "Make withdrawal."

If the campaign has not ended, you must first end it:

In your Dashboard:

1 - Click on 'Campaigns.'

2 - In the 'Actions' column, click "Edit."

3 - At the bottom of the page, check the "Finish campaign" field and click on 'Edit Campaign.'

4 - In the 'Actions' column, click on "Make withdrawal."

How do I delete a campaign?

Go to your Dashboard.

1 - Click on "Campaigns."

2 - Find the campaign you want to delete and click on the 'Edit' button.

3 - Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the option "Finish Campaign."

4 - Click on "Edit Campaign."

IMPORTANT (this action cannot be reversed).
