Horse Retirement

For all those people have extra, I just want to ask some help for this horse that I adopted because this horse just retired from a horse racing, and this horse need to have a proper retirement and medication because this horse have a sesamoid, a bone fructure and If I didn't accept to help him, they'll just let him die, and I can't take that, so please help me raise and medicate this horse, thank you for all your help
