Help me restart again my Takoyaki business

Hello! I'm Decko Luigi from the Philippines and I need your help to start again my small Takoyaki business.. In November 2021 until February 2022 I tried to cook and sell Takoyaki here on our location but my capital is not enough to continue it for a long period of time.. I want to continue my passion in cooking and selling food can you help me fund my capital again so I can continue and expand my small business. I'm helping my sister on her online business but it's not enough to our daily needs. She is graduating next year 2023. So I want to help her for her tuition fee. As a brother I want to help her on financial but the Pandemic is very worst that I can't find a work to start with so I tried to invest, sell and cook Takoyaki but I can't to continue it because of a unstable capital.
