My mother needs help

Hi everyone! I am the daughter of Bingky residing here in the Philippines. My mother has been living in South Korea for almost 20yrs and working as a teacher. Recently she had her check up and several finding was seen on her tests.

This is Dr. Lim at Department of Family Medicine of Yangji Hospital. On the low dose chest CT performed today, there is about 1.5cm lobulated nodule in the RUL. PET scan or enhanced chest CT is required to rule out malignancy. There is also a small nodule in the RLL anterior basal segment that requires follow-up, and a GGO nodule of about 1.3cm in the Lt apex. Because of hydronephrosis in the right kidney, enhancement abdominal CT is required to check for other abnormalities in the urinary tract. I recommend you to consult for doctors at Pulmonary department and nephrology department. Thank you."
