William Uy is the neighborhood technician here in the Philippines, and owns a thrift store that serves the local community. He is 73 y/o, has a wife, 3 sons, a daughter and 3 grand children. He has diabetis since 2008 and was recently diagnosed with COPD, Pneumonia, TB and now has lung infections.
He has been in and out of the hospital, but with the latest infection, he has been brought to the ICU, where expected expense would be from $1500 to $2000 daily. While his children has work, reality is we cannot afford the amount.
