I'm France, and I would like to help my neighbor's dog to have a Vulva Surgery. She got infected last January and it's getting worse. The vet said she got it on one of the male dog mated her, and they recommend that we get her to surgery soon because it bleeds a lot and smells like a dead fish. She could get an infection.
