A 73-year-old fish vendor got scammed with 100 USD which is equivalent to 5,870 php in the Philippines. When taken to the pawnshop, it was discovered that the bill was a counterfeit. Please help this old lady get her money back as they are poor and 6k php is a massive loss as they are in poverty.
