Im humbly and sincerely ask for help for my daily medication, dialysis twice a week and hopefully for Kidney transplant as I could not afford it. I was an OFW before and work as a helper. I was able to save but I have spent all my savings to save my kidney but imy it failed eventually ? Now I need Kidney transplant or dialysis to stay alive.
