help for my brother had stroke and Pneumonia

Good Day Everyone,
I am Norberto B. Ramo Jr, Brother of Eduard B. Ramo who is in the picture. He was currently confined in West Visayas State Medical Center. We are asking for help for our daily medications and request laboratories. He is a father of ssix children.I am the one who going back and forth in the hospital seeking for assistance for his medications and requests.
I am jobless and I don't know where to get our daily expenses for his medicines and requests. Our budget is limited and only for his foods everyday.
