I lost my parents due to COVID and have supported my siblings and my late brother's son since then. Recently I was diagnosed to have Prostate CA. I saved and set aside money whenever I can afford but I was not able to do this lately with the start of school and related expenses. I cannot afford to spend on my treatment since our little money is just enough to meet our monthly expenses.
