Cat Ear Hematoma check up/possible surgery

I discovered last night that my cat, Maru, has dried blood outside his right ear. I cleaned it up using baby wipes. After a while it started bleeding again. It might be because he has untreated earmites. I bathe him and put a cone around his neck to avoid further irritation/excessive scratching on his ear. After some research, I found out that it might be ear hematoma and he might need surgery to get it treated. I come from a poor family and I'm currently unemployed so I am not able to provide the best quality of life for my cat. With that said, I can't afford to get him see a vet. But I love him and he's been with me since the start of pandemic to get through life. Please help me help him.
