I have a sister that is diagnosed with hydrocephalus, her name is Jennylie Isubol,she's 17 years old. The illness affects her vision and the doctor said if she undergo early surgery it will be better. But we dont have the money even for the downpayment, so we are stuck at the hospital and waiting for the funds for the surgery. I am really sad and scared for here condition, Please help us.
