Neuter stray cats

Hello,

I'm from the Philippines, most people here have their own pets but unfortunately there are irresponsible pet owners
who only like their pets when they are cute
or at the start. When they realize that having pet is
not an easy job, it requires money, time and attention they will abandon them and sometimes leave them in a secluded area.

They adopt cats or dogs then let them wander around
the streets. There were lots of stray cats in our street,
I try to feed them as much as I can but
I can only do so much. Would like to ask help
to raise money to help neuter all the stray cats in our street
so they wont multiply. Any amount is highly appreciated.
