I have 2 kids , we are renting here in Cavite Philippines, I was workinh as service Crew in manila since 2016 .. then the Restaurant where I worked through was Close it On March 17,2019 covid19 exist .. Then I'd look a any kind of items like SheIn clothes like 50pcs to resell it on social Media and live selling since pandemic, then I got Thyroid this April 2022 because of live live selling , I'm so worried about this because consult said that I need to medication or operation to remove this because it will be Big on my neck ..
