Urgent Medical assistance for his Operation

Our Tito got an accident this 4th wk of May 2022 along Imus Cavite here in the philippines as he travelling to his
work using his electric scooter suddenly a public BUS take an overtake and hit him lay down on the ground then the bus move a bit and totally crash his shoulder and his body causing him to take to the hospital and perform
operation. the bus company that hit him didn't cooperate immediately so his not taking any surgery due to
lack of financial and right now he's taking several medicine doctor's are checking daily to extend his life until the operation procedure has been done. weve done reaching out gov., agencies and still waiting for response.
