Please help me out. I am suffering from severe chestpain for more than two days now, a simple movement felt like my heart is being squeezed like a lemon. I can barely move without a help. We did not proceee for medical advise since I have no enough funds. Please help me out. I want to live I am only 27 years old. I had Stage 3 CKD and my kidney is now on -18% working status.
