My name is Cherry Claire Sala, I am from the Philippines. I am a frontliner. I worked as Medical Secretary in a hospital clinic. I am a mountaineer, hiker and also a part-time coordinator. I am starting this fund raising to help our local tour guide here as they are greatly affected by the pandemic. Because of the recent lockdown implemented by the government, hiking activities are not allowed and being a mountain guide is their only source of income. Since last year, I have been constantly supporting them especially their kids. I sent them small amount of money to buy basic needs especially milk. Now, that my resources are limited I am reaching out to your kind hearts to spare any amount for them so I can continue supporting them while they do not have work yet. I am not asking for too much. Just enough to provide them while quarantine is still being implemented. I know the feeling of having nothing and as a mountaineer the tour guides and the people in the mountains are very close to my heart that is why I am creating this fund for them.
