reconnection of electric meter.

I am Rosalina S. Bello from Quezon City Philippines a hands on mom of 5 children including on five are my two daughters with different disabilities. The Older special daughter of mine is 25 with multiple disabilities but the worst one is my younger special daughter age 22 with quad spastic cerebral palsy. My husband is a mechanic earning minimum wage and just enough for the daily food. So we can Provide the payment of our electric that runs for almost a year that cost of 40k above and the electric company pull out our meter. So we need to settle that. But we dont have that much money. Especially my daughter with cerebral needed a light and also for my schooling children online. One my daughter schooling is under observation for medical issue of her lympnode that needs also different laboratoriies. So im begging and hoping this group would contribute and help me regarding with my concerns. A big help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance and God bless to all.
