Help Me, I got scammed.

I got scammed online by a seller of a motorcycle. He said if I paid 1st a downpayment worth 5,000 Pesos( which I did and I don't know why I did it) then he would meet up with me to check up on the motorcycle they were is selling sadly it did not happen coz he just got the money and never replied and showed up to the agreed meeting place for I was planning to buy a low price second hand motorcycle to start working as a delivery rider because here in the Philippines it is one of the common jobs and easy to apply for and pays decent amount needed for the day.
