help my dog

boom is a dog of mine. he's 6 years old. A few days ago, i found him unwell, and in pain, his penis all necrotic (dead tissue) and black. Leaving him would mean he would die a slow, painful death from infection; treating him, on the other hand, would be expensive, and not entirely without risks for a dog like him. i couldn't let the boy suffer. im unemployed as of now and couldnt afford to bring him to vet. I would be happy if you help me save my good boy
