Hi, I'm Angel from the Philippines and I would like to ask for assistance. Recently I tried to buy a tablet I can use for my online classes for 10k pesos (roughly 150 USD) but apparently there was more than that. The shipping costed me 50k which basically made me pay full price for one ipad pro if I bought it on the apple store. I didn't have enough money for it, I used my own tuition money for this and even when I asked if I could cancel the order they wouldn't let me.
They wouldn't let me have my refund or cancel it because it's apparently "been processed" and on their office and was shipped. The guy said he'd lose his job or be suspended if he thinks this was a "sketchy" or "suspicious" business.
My family isn't already financially stable already after I lost my dad back in 2020 and I'm living off a scholarship and I live in a household with mostly senior citizens.
I'm really lost on what to do here so if i could take your time in helping me get my money back it would be really greaful and appreciated.
