- Hi im joel cabus 28 yrs of age living in cebu phillipines . And please help us to rebuild our house because its destroyd by typhoon oddete last december 17 2021 and every was gone and we dont have enough money to buy materials we can only afford food thats why i came here tried this website hoping somebody or someone helping us because its been 2 months were sleeping in the soil please help we dont know what todo we are 14 members of the family 7 children.
