She is happy but sick

She is Willow and she is sick. I lost my job last year and it was very hard to look for a new because of my age. I am currently staying with my brother in law. I got her last January and we were doing ok until last Monday, 21st Feb. That morning, she peed with traces of blood. I brought her immediately to the vet. She was diagnosed with UTI however, crystals have already started forming as well. According to her Vet, she needs to undergo Renal diet for 6 months. Tests were performed and medicines were issued by the clinic. The amount I paid in was really surprising. There was even a test to check if there are already stones forming in the kidney, unfortunately, I skipped it as it was costly. Appreciate any help you could extend to her. I do not need a big amount, just enough to take care of her treatment. However gofundme is not allowing campaign below 500$. Thank you in advance and God speed.
