Hello, I'm Merrill Jovel, a 16 years old Senior Highschool student who raise a fundraising for me and my sister who both have blurry eyesight, my sister also had astigmatism. The school is about to start and having blurry eyesight is a burden for the both of us, it's hard to keep up with the visual aids, presentations, to read book etc. It is a big burden for me because I barely read a word nor recognize a letter even when I'm near the chalkboard. And now, school's about to start again and I'd really like to have my eye to get my checked and get glasses, but we couldn't because we could barely support our daily needs because we have a low income and it is just enough to support our daily needs, my little brother was their very first prior because he still need diapers, vitamins & milk. So we couldn't ask for check up or eye glasses because that's beyond our bugdet and we barely have enough to get through a week. That's why we still live at my grandparents house. My parents both came from poor family and they haven't finished their studies because of poverty that's why they couldn't get a better job and they settled in minimum wages so they could feed, dress and support us and we can't still get a job to help them and support ourselves because my sister and I are both undergrads and still minors. I know, what I'm going through is not as much as what other's are have been and still going through, but somehow it would be a great help for me and my sister. We'll be able to read and have a clearer vision, and as for may payback, I'll strive harder and better in my studies so I would be the one to donate and help next time.
