Typhoon

I'm shielley Tumulak from cebu city Philippines, I am humbly asking for your help to rebuild our house caused by the super Typhoon odette last December 15,2021. We are so devastated At this point in our lives no electricity and scarcity of water we just stayed in our neighbours house just to be safe and especially its raining and its been 3 days. I don't know where to find help because all people here having a hard time finding where to find shelter, where to find roofs to replace each and every house. We have no contact to our relatives because of no signals. Its really hard for us now and trying to find other ways just to survive especially my father has tuberculosis and really need a house.
