Sustainable Drinking Water

I am Joseph Sereño, 31 years old from Oslob, Cebu Philippines. I am proposing a sustainable drinking water in our place it will benefit more families in our village. They have been at the mercy of the local government unit for a water ration every week. There is a need for a portable drinking water in the area. They have still to travel and pay the motorcycle to bring water into their houses. I just pitied them because those people who dont have the means to pay will have to wait save money for them pay the water for drinking and cooking. If I will receive the funds I will start automatically the project. It is a deep well run by a water pump as much as possible this water pump must be powered by solar energy to minimize the expenses. I have talked to the persons will do the installation of the deep well and they have quoted and amount of 400,000 in Philippine peso which is equivalent to 800,000 usd. This might be a big endeavor but this will help many families. I need the amount as soon as possible. Thank you so much.
