- I am Nashreeya Abbas,26 years of age , asking for a little financial help for the medication of my father , my father is suffering from toxic goiter, kidney complication and heart problem and Asthma . I have 3 siblings they are still studying. My both parent doesn't have the capability to work cause they are both senior citizen. My mother has also hemorroid. Any amount is much appreciated
