Hello everyone. Last September 2021, my whole family recently got COVD-19. Although we’ve fully recovered from the coronavirus, my papa’s health has worsened. Two years ago, he was diagnosed with end stage renal disease caused by his diabetes. As a person with comorbidities, my papa needed to be hospitalized to fully heal from COVID-19. After a few weeks, he needed to be hospitalized again for complications with his kidney. He underwent surgery and is currently intubated. He is also scheduled to undergo regular dialysis to help his kidney function. We are still recovering from the financial blow from papa’s earlier hospitalization and right now, we have daily hospital expenses of 165,000 pesos. My family is trying to keep our faith strong during these trying times, but we are currently needing help to keep my papa in good health. We’ve already exhausted our personal savings, and so we are turning to friends and strangers for help.
