- My daughter (Chenmei Ngoi, 16 years old) was diagnosed with Beta-Thalassemia ( hereditary blood disorder that inhibits the production of hemoglobin and red blood cells which necessitate regular blood transfusion) when she was seven(7) months old. Every month she need to undergo blood transfusion and daily iron chelation. Since the day my daughter diagnosed, i do everything to sustain what she is needed, but for what is happening to our world right now we are incapable to support my daughter's hospital treatment due to financial constraint. We are belongs to the list of indigent residents in our barangay. I am Luningning Ngoi her mother also a solo parent asking for your help to my daughter can live longer.
