Typhoon Kiko Relief Program in Babuyan Island

Dear Family and Friends, You might have heard from the news about super typhoon KIKO 245kmp (160mph)and gusts exceeding 300kmp and (200mph ) that recently hit the northern part of Luzon, in the philliphines , Batanes islands and Babuyan group of islands last Sept 11.Babuyan Claro where I grew up was one of the islands hit hardest by this super typhoon.The damages was colossal, sources of income for the people in my community like farming left the crops completly devastated ,and fishing were affected due to damage on the fishing boats .Rice fields, root crops and fruits was severly damaged most were completly wiped out . My home place is far from the mainland,it take's 8-12 hrs 100km out into the open ocean in a small 4 foot wide boat, before you can reach the mainland.During this pandemic, the people from the island were having a hard time to go the mainland because of the covid travel restrictions.Hence, would you pray to see if God's leading you to help raise funds,even in small amount which is needed to buy rice,canned goods and Vitamins for the people in my home place until we can replant and support ourselves agian .We are Ibatan tribe living in a very isolated place in extreme hardship caused by this once in a generation super typhoon that takes years to recover from Thank you so much for your generosity and being a part of this ministry project.May God bless you all Please take note: All the donations that we gather will be given to the community in my home place Babuyan Claro Island.Distributed by the church members of Babuyan Fellowship Christian Church Inc.
