Pls help for rehabilitation,meds,study needs

This is John Vincent Aquino Mejia, my son, PWD 12 yrs old, Grade 7 this school year 2021-2022 from Poblacion, Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines. He was 7yrs old when he was diagnosed with Fractured Left Femur and Degloved Right Leg last March 2, 2017 from vehicular accident. The accused and the owner of the truck never help us in hospitalization and even the company smc didnt even give single cent from them. I am still in huge debts because of i dont have work but i will do all my best for the sake of my son's health. His surgeries were successful but his orthopedic surgeon advised that he have to go for rehabilitation ASAP for his feet is not the same anymore. I can't sustain all his needs because i don't have work and I can't leave him to seek job to other place because of his condition and for that, I put up a small grocery store (sari sari store) for our everday needs and the needs of my son in medications but still it is not enough. Me and my son is only surviving what we have, we're all alone.
