Good Day! This is Vimar Fabila-Ocampo, daughter of Victorino Fabila Jr. who has been tested positive for Covid 19 and currently admitted at Adventist Medical Center Manila. With great hope, I am asking you to help me raise 500,000 to fund my father's hospitalization.
He started having fever last Aug. 15. He was tested Covid positive on Aug.22 and started some medications at home. His vital signs were monitored. He has o2 support at home on Aug 23 when he started desaturating. He just stayed at home, while we were looking for available hospital or isolation because every hospital are quite full. Fortunately, we were able to find a hospital for him and he was admitted on Aug 28 as he was not getting better with home medications.
Prior to my father, my father in law was hospitalized too for 13days. We have borrowed a big amount of money already for that. And just more than 1 week after that, I have learned that my father is sick as well with the same case.
I am the bread winner of the family. And my husband already supported his family too with the savings he had earned from his previous job. I am the only one with job now but not with that high salary. We still have a house and other bills to pay every month, and we have a 5 month old baby. Just after 2 days of being in the hospital, my father's bill has already reached almost Php 127,000. With our current financial situation, my husband and I cannot afford the hospitalization bills. Our relatives have exhausted all possible means to help us, but with the expensive medicines and medical fees, my monthly salary still won't suffice.
