7 cats needs and Check up for kittens eye

I need help for my cats please.. We are running out of money and i dont have the cash to buy them their needs. I have 4 newborn kittens from my mother cat but then the eye of one kitten got bigger and bigger and swollen inside. Please any amount will help.
