Hello! I am avi sofia cataleya tomas. I know, my name is long but i love it. I was born last february 06,2021 and was premature at 36 weeks and 5 days only. I was diagnosed with Congenital heart disease Large Ventricular Septal defect with severe pulmonary artery hypertension. My mom had it to, our doctor said that it runs through out family. I had a hole in my heart, and because it was large, i had to undergo an open heart surgery for them to be able close it. They said that i was Normally, they could wait for me to grow up a little for the procedure. but because my heart is larger than the usual and there is fluid in lungs they need to do the operation as soon as possible to
prevent further complications.
I am currently admitted at st paul hospital to
treat my pneumonia. I was given oxygen because my heart is having a hard time pumping blood to my body. They say that i tire easily especially when i drink milk that's why i am not gaining weight at a normal pace.
