Marissa Baloloy Valdepeña is a resident of Barangay San Vicente, Sto. Domingo, Albay. She is a stroke victim. She felt unconscious last April and when she rush to the nesrby hospital in Legazpi, the doctor found out that she suffer stroke causing her to half paralyzed. She is under care of her son, Joshua. Her husband, Isao is still in Palau.
