I was Illegally terminated on February 5, 2025 as a retaliation for a legit whistle-blower for violations of our company policies. I filed a 1 Million US dollars Labor case on the same day they dismissed me. Our company tolerated based in the USA has a revenue of 84 Billion US dollars in 2024 and the 2nd biggest health insurance company in America.
My dismissal led to the cancellation of our 3 HMO health Care Insurance coverage where my daughter will be undergoing a gall bladder stone removal operation but did not push through for lack of funds that HMO card limit of 2i00,000 pesos should have covered.
