Dear friends and family, Our beloved nephew Charles Rio Bustamante Flaris has recently been diagnosed with Encephalitis. As you can imagine, this has been an incredibly challenging time for our family,lalong lalo na kay rio kag sa iya ginikanan, both emotionally and financially.
