Dogs shelter building

Good day to all of you, I have no idea how to begin this my ambition to build a home shelter in dogs in my town, dog is everywhere and dogs condition is very poor of nutrients.there no food.there roaming around in garbage bin.and I saw a little puppy's abandoned by owners.put in the street.many irresponsible owner that there little puppy just throw away. There's is no person in our town to plan this project.so I decide to find a stable land home for a dogs to make a building capacity 200 dogs.

Actually I already rent a lot area of 1000 sqm.for the said project.the only I need is to build a house of a dog.that have good comfortable living. And I need also a food for dogs. And a vet.

Please help us even small amount in order we start to build a house dog..I'm begging all of you.im dog lovers,I cannot sleep if this project not dream come true.

I will show you the picture of lot to be build rise of a house dog.please let me start this project. I'm only farmer,I cannot afford to buy materials.

I need the following
roof
Steel
Nails
Woods
Cement
Sand and gravels ...etc.
