I am Angeline Q. Lanuzga and I am writing this letter to ask for financial/medical support in your good heart. My sister Angela Quasay Lanuzga, 17 years old is currently admitted in the hospital (Universidad de Sta. Isabel Health Services Department) yesterday, January 30, 2025 because of seizure, chest pain and back pain. My sister was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and Autolmmune Diseases. She was diagnosed with SLE in March 2024 because she was hospitalized for several days due to low hemoglobin. In November 2024, she was hospitalized again because of severe stomach ache and vomiting. Results revealed that her kidney was swollen and we were advised that she needs to undergo chemotherapy up to present. However, yesterday, she had a seizure which prompted us to bring her to the hospital for immediate medical intervention. Her attending physician told us that her seizure is one of the effects/complications of her illness (Lupus). This illness requires a lifetime treatment thus, needed a huge amount to suffice her medications. Currently, my sister is still undergoing chemotherapy via oral medication which costs 85/tab and needs to drink 3 times a day. Apart from this, she had several vitamins to take and was prescribed with anti-convulsant to control her seizures. In lieu of this, I am seeking your support to help us with our present dilemma, My mother who is a senior citizen and a widow is fully dependent. My father already passed away last 2017, I am hoping that you could help us with my sister. I wanted to help my sister because she is still young and has many aspirations in life. We wanted her to live longer and wanted her to finish her studies and live like a normal teenager.
