For my dad hospital bill

His current running balance as of January 14, 2025 is Php 148, 289.02 including the professional fees of the 5 doctors. The releasing of guarantee letter ( GL ) under DOH is still on hold due to ongoing renewal of the memorandum of agreement. There is still no order from DOH and renewal for westlake hospital yet.? The credit limit here in Westlake Medical Center is 50k, and since we are already on red tag because our current running bill is already Php 148, 289.02 pesos, all of his medicines, procedures and therapy are already out of the pocket.
