Since 2014, I have been aware of the presence of a goiter and initially believed it would resolve itself, leading me to change my profession. Unfortunately, the situation escalated from one bump to six. I nearly disregarded it until I began experiencing pain in my neck and back. Consequently, I decided to pursue laboratory testing once more. This time, it is essential to conduct a biopsy to determine whether it is cancerous or not and to proceed with removal if necessary. I am aware that this procedure is covered by a public hospital here in Mindanao, however, the ENT specialist I require is only available in a private hospital, which is no longer financially feasible for me.
Establising this gofund.me has made me realize that my efforts extend beyond my own needs, I am also supporting my family in their struggle to survive.
