Release of mortgaged house and land

Name-KG seelawathi BANk-bank of cylon Acount No-5044069 Branch Galagedara,kndy,srilanka. Dear Sir, I’m Koswatte Gedara Seelawathi and I’m 75 years old grandmother. I have only one child, a son and he is D.N Rajanayake. He is married and has two children. My son tried to migrate to Australia for a job from a Job Agency because he didn’t have a job in Sri Lanka. The Job Agency people asked Three Million Rupees to arrange the job in Australia and we didn’t have that much money to pay them. So I decided to mortgage my own house and land to a private bank. So I mortgaged my house to a bank named “Asia Asset Finance PLC” under the contract number: MM 230705600101 and got Three million rupees and gave it to the Job Agency to get the Australian job. Now it’s more than a year since my son gave money but still he didn’t get visa to Australia. And the pathetic situation is that so called Job Agency was a fraud one and it is now no longer there to find. After all,we were unable to settle the monthly bank payments of Rs.135,707.00/- every month and the bank Asia Asset Finance PLC has taken the legal action against us. At the moment, we have nearly 4.5 million rupees to pay back with the interest according to the bank rules and regulations to the bank Asia Asset Finance PLC. And if we couldn’t pay the rest of the money back then the bank will legally take my property to them. If it happens like that I don’t have a place to live with my son and his family. I don’t have any other property. It will be a meritorious deed if you all can help me to take my house and land back from the bank Asia Asset Finance PLC. Please help me to overcome this problem by paying the mortgage amount with interest Rs.4.5 million which I have to pay to the bank Asia Asset Finance PLC. God Bless you all! Yours sincerely,
