Our family has been residing in my grandparents' house for over a decade, following their passing. Unfortunately, we have been without electricity since our relocation due to my grandfather failing to settle his outstanding bills. Upon moving, we were unable to address the outstanding bills immediately, given our financial constraints and the substantial amount owed which is more than a million pesos. Choosing to move to my grandparents' house was a financial necessity, as we couldn't afford rental expenses elsewhere. Presently, our limited funds are allocated for daily necessities, leaving us unable to settle the overdue electricity bills. I am writing to kindly request your assistance to help us having an electricity for the upcoming Christmas, an experience we have been deprived of for the past couple of years. As my parents are aging, I am keen on providing them with the opportunity to enjoy the comforts of electricity once again, and I would feel a deep sense of regret if I couldn't find a solution.
