House Financing

I created this campaign in hopes of raising funds to have starting fund for a house i can call my own.

I currently live at a house where i share with my sister and my father, The land isn't paid yet with still a large sum of remaining balance. The land was awarded to my father for as long as i remember, I am 30 years old now. My father and mother are no longer together but is still married on papers. I do not want to bad mouth my father but for as long as i remember he never once done anything for us since i was still a kid. All the work was done by my mother who stood and assume both roles as our parent. After my father left his job when i was still little, he never again worked and only live off of what my grandmother gives him. I grew up having no father figure and had to learn all that i know mostly by myself.

During the time i am writing this, The Association or (NHA) that awarded the lot to my father has not been paid and all throughout those years i only saw 2 or 3 payments to it that were all less than $50.

Our problem now is since NHA is demanding payment from him and since he has been out of work since i was a kid, He has no money. He demanded all of us to pay for it, at first me and my sister agreed, but he wants my mother out of the house. My mother is old and can no longer work, still he wants her to be homeless. Nevertheless i agreed to pay for the land with the term of transferring the Land title to me once fully paid. He agreed. I went and take a loan from the bank around $4000 to atleast pay most of the debt and work with the NHA with whatever will be left. After i got the money though, My father changed his mind and didn't want me to pay for it to get the title. For over i year now i am paying the bank with the money i loaned plus interest because he changed his mind. It broke my finances and used most of my savings because it is mostly me who pays for everything in the house.

After a lot of drama and arguements he then decided for me to pay for it again since NHA gave the last deadline before taking the land back, (there were multiple deadlines given already at this point). Even after what i am stuck with as far as the loan and how they treat us like we were animals i still wanted to take up his offer since i do not want my mother to be homeless. This time however i added a term where i get the room they are renting to people on the 3rd floor to help me with paying back the bank. (Yes they are renting rooms in the 3rd floor of our house illegally) imagine for decades with that income they are all getting they have not even paid anything to the land our small house is sitting on.

He agreed to it and so i got another loan, (i am an idiot) why? because after i got the 2nd loan. (bank only approved $1500) He then decided to change his mind again saying he will pay for it instead and want all of us to get out so he can have people rent the house to pay for wherever he gets the money from. He mainly wants my mother gone at first now he wants all of us gone. What kind of father is he? To think that i should've just used the money to get a place of our own before with my mother but it wasn't that easy i earn a very small income which ofcourse i am still grateful for.

I decided to go here even though i do not want to ask for donations, but i have no other option left, all my income goes back to the loans i still have. The only thing that keeps me going forward is because i do not want my mother to be homeless. She did everything for us and i am doing my best to give back to her atleast a place she can call home. Anything will help as i am still saving every money i earn as much as i can no matter how little left i have.
