Surgery and Medical Treatment

Please help our cousin..He is Rocell Leonin 44 years old and a single parent. He suffered from hemorrhagic stroke and still in the ICU. He had to undergo brain surgery to remove the bloodclots.
He works as a tricycle driver and earns very low income with no benefits. The cost of his surgery and other medical treatments is beyond our reach.
