Engineering Student's Laptop for A cost

I'M AN ENGINEERING STUDENT (3rd Yr as of now), a regular student and aspiring Civil Engineer.
I would like to ask for financial assistance in order to buy a laptop or pc thats is suitable for using autocad, midas and sketchup. My only gadget rn is a smartphone and it really hard to find a computer cafe with autocad in their pcs.

I hope to have your help in getting me my laptop for me to finish my studies well and no worry.

I really dont need a high end laptop/desktop I just need a optimal 500$ laptop for this I hope you can help me
