Debt( medical expenses )

Good day Sir / madam, I'm seeking help for my dept, sadly because I lost my job last month and up until now I'm still finding a new one. Please be kind I have Debt because of pandemic came and my mom got hospitalized in and out at that time. And I'm the breadwinner of the family since youngest sister already married and no job too. Since then that Debt of mine I'm paying only the interest and the principal still there. Just because I have to pay my family expenses first specially the medical expenses. Unfortunately last month I lost my job and I don't have any sources to pay everything. Now I really don't know what to do. Sometimes in my mind I want to end my life but still I'm thinking about my family their old and what happened to them if I'll do it. Most of all it's a big sin to end our life. Nobody knows about my situation right now and I don't want to discuss to others I'm scared they might judge me, for my family I don't want to give them stress specially my mom I know she can't. If I can borrow money to someone with out interest and I can payback every month when I get a new job. I'm just taking a chance here maybe there's someone who been through with the same situation of mine and overcome it. I'm willing to listen with the advice.
