Hi, I'm Regine dela Cruz from Cavite, Philippines. My mom is currently at the hospital and she is diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). This disease is usually caused by smoke and/or pollution. Her upper airways are closed and she underwent tracheostomy to be able to breathe. Our current and ongoing bill is more than PHP 700k.
