Leg Ulcer that needs to be operated. Pls help

This started all before the pandemic. It's was small for a start and was still able to work. Then when pandemic hits all my savings was depleted and job was unavailable due to pandemic from then on it slowly became bigger and tried to work as hard as I can but it stops me most of the time due to difficulty of walking. I'm here asking for help coz it stopped me from working due to pain when walking. I'm asking those kind hearted people. Thanks alot
