Medical expenses for Diabetes

Hi, I'm 50 years old and living in the Philippines, I recently got diagnosed with Diabetes. The neuropathic pain that comes with it is a killer and the medication is so expensive! In the picture you can see me wearing a sensor to monitor my bloodsugar, these are not free, as in some countries, and are very expensive, they need to be replaced every 2 weeks. I'm hoping to raise money to help out with the medical expenses. Due to the neuropathic pain I am sometimes unable to work and in the Philippines no work means no pay...I am no longer able to pay my medication and other bills...I'm hoping for some kind souls to help me out...thank you from the bottom of my heart, in advance ❤️
